We believe in the effectiveness of our products and recommend using them for a minimum of 14 days before considering a return. If you are not satisfied with your purchase after 14 days and within our 60-day money-back guarantee, please contact us at hello@paxella.com.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order will enter the processing phase and changes may not be accommodated. If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

We are confident that our smart cleaning and organizational products will enhance your life, but we encourage you to try them for at least 14 days to experience their full benefits. If you are not satisfied after this period and within the 60-day timeframe, you may return your items. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are not refundable.

Damaged Items
We take care to package our products securely to prevent damage during shipping. We consider an item damaged if it arrives defective or physically broken. Please note that damaged packaging (such as dented boxes) with the product still in good condition does not qualify as a damaged item.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, email hello@paxella.com with clear photos of the damage. We will assess the situation and, if eligible, offer a replacement at no additional cost. Damage caused by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse is not covered.
Shipping and Delivery
While we strive to deliver your order on time, Paxella cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control, such as courier issues or customs delays. If you experience any problems with your delivery, please contact the courier directly for assistance. Paxella is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. If the address is incorrect and Paxella is not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, we are not liable for undelivered packages or refunds.
